How to download your Revolut statement

Steps to get the official PDF statement from Revolut's app or website, based on the bank's official help. Once downloaded, convert it to Excel without uploading it anywhere.

Steps

  1. In the Revolut app, go to Home and tap Accounts below your balance.
  2. Select the currency account (EUR, GBP…), tap More (…) and choose Statement.
  3. Pick any start and end date — not just calendar months.
  4. Choose PDF as document type and tap Generate, then download.

Good to know

If you hold several currencies, generate one statement per currency account. Each PDF converts separately in LocalStatement.
