1. The service

LocalStatement is a browser-based tool that converts PDF bank statements into Excel/CSV files. All processing happens locally in your browser; files are never uploaded to our servers.

2. Free tier and paid packs

The free tier includes a monthly page allowance shown on the pricing section. Paid page packs are one-off purchases that never expire. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to billing and handles order returns.

3. Acceptable use

You may only convert documents you are legally entitled to process. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including data-protection obligations towards third parties whose data appears in your documents.

4. Accuracy disclaimer

The converter includes an accounting-coherence check and clearly flags conversions that do not reconcile. Even so, automated extraction can contain errors: always review the output before using it for accounting, tax or legal purposes. LocalStatement is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

5. Changes

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence. Contact: hello@localstatement.com.

LocalStatement convierte extractos en tu navegador, sin subirlos. El plan gratuito tiene un límite mensual de páginas; los bonos de pago no caducan y los vende Paddle.com como vendedor registrado. Solo puedes convertir documentos que tengas derecho a tratar. Revisa siempre el resultado antes de usarlo con fines contables o fiscales: el servicio se ofrece "tal cual". Ley aplicable: la española.
